Planning Stage

Start by meeting us with either a display home tour or an in depth discussion over the phone. This gives both of us important information and considerations about time frames, expectations, budgets and more.

The next step is to sit down with our sales staff and begin by making the most of your block, with a cost-effective design that capitalizes on your lot’s orientation and shape. Select from one of our designs,

  • Choose your floor plan
  • Choose your facade
  • Choose your ceiling height (2550mm Deluxe or upgrade to 2700mm Platinum)
  • Choose our Deluxe or Platinum Inclusions
  • Decide on external and internal colour schemes
  • Add external works including pools, landscaping and fencing

Once we have found the design that best suits your needs a full plan will be prepared.

 After all inclusions are specified, a fixed price letter of offer is issued.

 

Contracts and Constructions

After your contract is signed and your deposit is received, we meet with you for an interior design consultation to discuss your chosen colour scheme. Meanwhile, we oversee the development applications process.

As soon as approvals are granted, we confirm a time line for your build.

Upon completion, we arrange professional cleaning before you move in. Finally, your Aura Residential consultant will walk you through your new home explaining all the features of your new home.
